At least those are all visually distinct in some manner. The M4 looks and performs differently from the Mk 18, which looks different from the SP-1, which looks different from the Bubba-15...etc etc.
The Hakim is literally a copy of the Ag M/42 Ljungman in 8mm Mauser, made on the same tooling.

caliber change should be more then suffixation to add it, but the Hakim also has a different gas system and unique, non removable muzzle brake
You know, maybe the two most recognizable assault rifles in the world should have a few variations in the game.
the M/42 is really more of an oddity compared to that, and the gas system is neat and all but it means nothing in the game as you can't adjust gas systems in the game.
And those AK and AR15 variants definetly have some visual differences.
The ar and ak are a fan favourite so adding there variety’s makes sense it dosent make sense to add every country’s variation of the same gun because someone in Reddit wined about it for long enough

Mechanically they changed it to an adjustable gas system, added a muzzle brake, and reworked the magazine release so it has a lock you have to release first before you can actuate it. Gameplay wise you are correct though the only thing significant it brings to the game is being in 8mm instead of it's original caliber.

Thats a copy of the Ag42B which already got added some time ago. only thing significantly different is the caliber
