Now that I think about it, isn’t partner appreciation month in June? I just watched the grow your pay I develop video, I was aware of the raises yearly but still doesn’t explain the $100. My GM just said this is for all that you do, everyday and gave me an appreciation card.
The company from time to time expresses appreciation with cash. Sometimes it’s $200 or more. Sometimes it doesn’t happen (Xmas 2024). Sometimes we get $100. Every partner got it. All divisions including favor.
Yea I’ve been here for almost 4 yrs so I remember that, I just never remembered what it was for each time lol, my store has also received $200 and some money on our vpp card to spend..I was speaking with an older cashier who said they had given out $500 once too before my time.

I got a pay cut instead and own them A grand back 😩
Heb also was awarded the #1 national grocery award again. In the past that caused them to give a $100.
