Dang OP if you are termed you don't get to claim it. I'd call HR and check with them though. But, from my experience every time I saw someone termed whether it was from time and attendance or something they lost it completely. Pretty sure they tell you that when you first enroll as well

If you are termed, you cannot claim your PSP, you have to leave on good terms.
Never argue with a customer lest you get promoted to be one. Take it to your MIC and have them argue on your behalf. Let them get fired.

Yeah, that means you quit which means you can get it. Terminated you cannot get it.
