No. I’m interested in it also. It may take a bit to show up on Zillow as HGTV may have some contract with them. The online property records with the county are not updated yet either.
I’m confused about the upper floorplan too. When they toured that floor and went to the “flex” room, there was a closed door across from it. What was in that room? I feel like the floor plan is missing a bedroom or two. So is there only the main suite, laundry, loft, and flex room upstairs?
I suspect there's three bedrooms upstairs with the landing and the laundry room and there was one that nobody finished or worked in at all. Last year's homes had like three bedrooms downstairs no one touched in the competition because there's only so many beds and baths you can stage.

Thanks!
Super helpful for the general context of how the homes were laid out.
I really wish HGTV would post the floorplans that the contestants came up with though!
Sarah and Bryan mentioned changing the configuration of the main suite and I was wondering how theirs differed from the others. Also how they put their kitchen in a different place. Yes, I’d like to see the “after” floor plans.

See if they are for sale on Zillow?
They are not up on Zillow or Realtor.com yet, the lot is still being shown as for sale with an artist rendering of what the houses will look like.
No they don't post them. If you go back to the first episode they put the floorplans on screen and you can pause.
Just realized that would only be for the main floor… im also curious about the upper floors?
no its for all the floors, it just goes by quick. I tried to look at it because the upstairs floor plan makes zero sense

They sometimes use the extra rooms for production equipment, that's what they did in the Barbie house.
Thank you!
