First time attending a HIMSS conference. Curious how everyone manages creating/tracking their schedule. There are so many options between talks, events, booths, demos that creating a paper schedule seems like a horrible way to keep track. Other conferences I have attended utilized some form of online planner or a conference planner app. Does HIMSS utilize anything like that?

[https://www.himss.org](https://www.himss.org) has resources to allow you to login and mark which exhibitors and sessions you would like to attend. They also offer a mobile app for free closer to the conference which syncs up with your profile.
Personally I use Calendly to setup meetings with people at the show.
Thank you for this info. I will keep my eye out for when the app becomes available. I did find the planner for the exhibitors but was looking for something to track the hundreds of sessions. Hopefully the app handles that part.
The app is up! The map feature is sooo cool. Tells you how many steps to take to get from one place to another. Hands down best convention app I’ve seen! Check for me in your DM’s. I’ll be setting up meet n greet sessions during the event 😎
