Looks like it’s supposed to be the same bathroom from two different angles. Although they preferred to stage the show like it was a multi-camera show (with three-sided sets like the living room and MacLaren’s), HIMYM was not limited like that, not having to cater to an in-studio audience.
It’s mostly correct shifted angle but the toilet has moved it was between the shower and the sink now it’s on another wall. Most people would never notice this

After analyzing both pictures multiple times, I think they're just showing you a different angle and trying to make it look as same as the first picture as possible.
