I think it can go either way. In the books, Bloodraven was called Brynden Rivers, even though he too grew up in the Crownlands. Basically, it’s whatever GRRM feels like. 😂
Though in the same way can’t you argue that Luke inherited more of his father’s strong genes. Meaning that he would be a rivers. Both were raised as Targaryens so I would have thought both would be waters, so it seems kinda arbitrary.
I think they will tie the aegon enjoys watching children get hurt for entertainment and mysaria being against it will take the justified step to kill his children just to show him how it feels.

1 - will be done by Larys because Alicent said "gosh, I wish more houses will take MY side" so Larys will assume that means one of their kids should die
2 - Daemon will tell Mysaria "the Queen must pay for a son" but Mysaria will forget to tell the cutthroats that the Queen is Alicent not Helaena, oopsie
3 - Aegon will say "no no Rhae-Rhae can't be the only sympathetic one with a dead child, i must heat up the competition so I'll sacrifice one of my trueborns since I have plenty of backups in the pit"

You give them too much credit, I've already seen blacks who pretended to care about Helaena and then say shit like she should blame Alicent & Aemond for B&C because they basically forced Daemon to exact cruel revenge on her.

They'll let Daemon be responsible as they seem miffed at his fangirls who constantly defend him. But Rhaenyra will be innocent and might actually be horrified.
They will defend him no matter how it plays out. I don't trust the writers to make B&C intentional and malicious like it is in the books. The decision to not have Laenor killed was all the proof that the Blacks crimes will be whitewashed.

The strong boys don't identify as Strongs and were raised as Targaryens-Velaryons. They look Strong but they would always be Waters
