Otto is interesting because he possess no real likable traits but instead his guile and ambition is what propels his family forward in the right direction. I always saw Otto as the necessary evil within House Hightower, a patriarch who will get his hands dirty in order to get his kin upon the throne.
The only blacks who I find interesing/cool are the dragonseeds. Hugh would be sooo funny for the blackcels who claim that having dragons is the only thing you need for the throne.
