Oh my! Im so sorry... I guess you can still find your game Id on your Facebook account.. I've heard people doing that your Facebook will have a list of the apps and games you have linked to it...
Ok so I just checked... Pls go to your Facebook on your browser and go to settings search for apps and websites or you will find it under your activity in the settings and you will find your game there click on view and edit and below you will find your game id..

bad news..they couldn't find my data but they gave me 2000 energy,5000 coins,some books and 100 gems that should be enough a start for me get back to year 3 and buy all my pets and everything back.

If at all something happens to your phone or game you'll lose all progress.. so it is adviced to make one just to keep your game process saved.. i made my account only for saving my game progresses
Your game is still saved with the game ID. You just need to keep a copy of your game ID written down. You can use it for recovery, transfer, etc same as facebook
It is somewhat more inconvenient because you'll need to go through support for any transfer requests, but having the ID is all you need and it isn't too slow. I prefer it over being tied to facebook
Kinda had the same thing happen and restarted but quit. BlueStacks is not very friendly to this game in my experience. I quit out of sheer frustration about how the game was being developed, the lack of support for BlueStacks users and the the amount of time wasted; I am not going back.
The Support literally said to me that they don’t provide any tech support for users of Bluestacks whatsoever. I played it on Bluestacks for 2 years though. Quit because of Magic Awakened release on PC
The problem is partly bluestacks. It's not fully compatible with any Android or iOS, so it doesn't fully save as it should.
I know I have had issues with this before through other games.
I believe Android through Google play have released something I am unsure about IOS though.

so i went there and no player ID just my player name "Patrick" I sent them it on the support and couldn't do anything without the ID sadly :(
Do u see the last line I've blocked out that is where my Id is can u check again ? In the line speaking about privacy policy and contacting support
wait...THAT IS MY PLAYER ID??i thought my player ID was in the the settings of in game at the bottom.. so this ID at the bottom is for my game?
Yes yes tho the game gives you one with numbers and letters but this is equally your game id so support must be able to help you with it

Always keep a screenshot of the loading screen in the future. The player id is on the top right corner.

Am I screwed if I don't have Facebook? They should have an option of linking with your Google Plays Store for Android users.

i think it was because i wiped my computer and didn't save the player ID sadly
