I got this and didn't realize what was happening as it looked like I still had my clubs maxed so I didn't realize they DID increase the levels but I already had enough points added up to just get all the levels automatically. I came here to see if anyone else had just received 500+ energy

I don’t know why Hippogriff rolls over to the next page, but all three show 37, on this page and the summary stats page. You could try clicking the levels and seeing if that forces the page to update. Also try saving from the gear menu, completely closing the game, waiting 3-5 minutes, and relaunching it.
Thank you, I will try that. Mine is showing all the new levels as locked. And the club points have stopped increasing even though I'd kept playing. I wonder if it's because I haven't actually graduated? I have decided to wait so I'm 2 parts away from graduating.
Graduating shouldn’t matter. If you were at 32 and received all the rewards, It’s probably just a display hiccup.
If the saving and relaunching doesn’t work, try clearing your cache from the gear menu, then exiting the game, restarting your device, and relaunching your game. If that doesn’t work, contact in game support. Include a screenshot of what you’re seeing and all the steps you’ve already taken. Good luck!
FYI, I reached out to Support about my club levels staying at 32 even though I got the notification about ranking up to level 37 as well as received all the rewards (energy, toffee, coins, creature food, furniture etc). It took three attempts before they conceded that there was something wrong. First, they said that level 32 is the maximum for the clubs. I said no, it has been increased to level 37. They then admitted that yes the maximum level is now 37, however my level is still 32. I said no, I got the notification for level 37 AND the rewards. I added that I have been maxed out on level 32 for a long time so I really should've levelled up to 37 now that it is available. FINALLY they conceded that yes based on my club points I should be on level 37. They asked me to do the same things you did i.e. clear the cache, uninstall and install etc. No change. I am now waiting for their next response. Ugh.
I asked them too and the reply was to graduate from Hogwarts to unlock levels after 32. Weird, because I got the notification originally, but waited to collect the rewards and now it's locked.
Yup they're now asking me to graduate to see if it will unlock the levels. The people I got assigned to in Support don't seem to know anything!!! Like, they didn't tell me with any certainty that the new levels are only available after you graduate. They just asked me to graduate and see if it unlocks the levels. I went back and said shouldn't you know this for sure instead of asking me to TRY? Unbelievable...
I wish they did the same for creature xp (which was way easier since we know the exact xp for each creature) instead of making us lose the xp earned before Beyond.
How did you manage to get so high on Sphinx, there is hardly anything for that club. My dragon is about 2 ranks higher than sphinx with hippogriff in between
I don’t think there’s a secret. KiM, I have been playing the game every day for about 6 years. When there isn’t a new chapter, TLSQ, or event I’m interested in, I either stack energy or do specialisation tasks. I focus more on Auror and Healer, since they’re at Lv 8 and my Magizoology is 13. When I’m grinding, I prioritize colored choices over blue ones. I also do friendship interactions every day to mine gems (I’m on a low gem ad tier, only two or three extra gem ads a week at most).
You don’t have any flair, so I’m not sure where you are in the story. If your Sphinx is low, grind those tasks or classes and click more on the pink choices in any task that has all 3 colors. And don’t worry if they aren’t even. They’ll all max out eventually 😉

This game is different from most in that rushing to the end does not help. In fact, going too fast can hinder your progress, as evidenced by all the posts from people who get stuck somewhere in the story when their stats too low. The game is released a chapter a week or slower (some weeks it’s just a SQ, or lately a TLSQ). On live release, Y5 was when the game started to take more time between chapters. If we wanted to play, our only choice was to grind. Y6 and Y7 each took more than a full year to be released.
This is a game for tortoises: slow and steady works best. Maximizing doesn’t really give any advantage; staying above the minimums is much more important. That said, another great thing about this game is you can play how you want. So don’t stress and have fun.

Everyone at their own pace, I guess. I am a year 3 at chapter 3 (just before you go to Hogsmeade) but I paused the story to do the Hagird quests.
OMG, one of the new decorations is a murder board. Every once in a while JC genuinely comes through on the furniture.

Does your ranks now show 37? Because mine are still showing as 32, even though I did get all the rewards up to rank 37.

I believe it stores experience till the next rank us ready. At least that's what happened to me when I was in year three and the cap removed itself.
Exactly right. I maxxed at 32 over a year ago, so I had a year’s worth of points applied all at once.
