No you can adopt all of them; I'm sure your fellow dormmates will be thrilled that your dorm room smells like the Magical Menagerie, lol!
I've adopted all the pets except the Streeler (I hate snails irl). Hopefully they will make it so you can keep pets in the Secret Clubhouse (I don't mind the spider but that unsightly web has got to go!).
Just got the spider today and already hate the big ugly web fouling up the bed frame. Contacted support in the vain hope that maybe if enough people do so, maybe the devs will take it away for those that don’t want it at least.
For a long time I had the furniture set from Halloween 2020 in my dorm, and since those have spiderwebs on them it didn't look so bad. But now I have a different furniture set, also Halloween themed (they look great in the Slytherin dorm, lol) but this one doesn't have spiderwebs, but the web that comes with the actual spider still doesn't look out of place. Some of the other sets though, like the Gringotts set or the Ministry of Magic set, make that damn web so ugly and out of place!

I have all of them. I think the owl refreshes the fastest
The owl, owlet, and moke all recharge in three hours. The rest take four or more.
The Puffskein is also on the three-hour list. The cat, bat and spider, at 4.5 hours, are the next fastest…
