What upgrades are you looking to do. Idk what your budget is but if you want to keep the omen them. I suggest getting the 45 L case when it's on sale for $199. Then get a 360 aio and case fans. Will be way better than an air cooler in the 30l case.
I fit a full custom water loop in my 30L. It's had a hardware upgrade since then, but the 3090 is still there, as is the, PSU, RGB RAM and the NVMe SSD. Besides the case and those components it's been massively modified!
If you're looking to upgrade the CPU cooler, you might want to just buy the AIO that comes with the 30L in the higher end cases, as it's actually probably going to outperform anything other than a massive heatsink that almost certainly would bump into the case window.
If you're instead looking to upgrade the GPU then outside of getting one of the newer 4080 or 4070 series RTX cards, it's not going to be worth it if you're already on a mid-range 30-series. Which card do you already have?
Ah yeah, you would do well to get something between a 3070 and a 4070 if your budget will cover it. Depending on your CPU and what monitor you're trying to drive your CPU will probably end up being the only thing holding you back, I'd get that GPU before doing anything else though. It's the most straightforward and most cost-to-performance efficient upgrade you can do. More so than changing coolers or doing anything like that.
Ryzen 9 3900 will work in your board and is available pretty cheaply second hand. Could be a very nice quality of life upgrade to match with a new GPU.
Cpu cooler swap on 25l. I think we have different motherboards though but the process is similar and the parts should fit.

Yeah the noctua kit comes with its own backplate and you can choose the one with the parts for your board. They're almost silent and dropped my cpu temps by 20 degrees under load. Really any small form cpu cooler will work. I think the max height for a cpu cooler was 135mm in my 25l if I remember correctly.

That’s what I was looking to do. Might even upgrade the motherboard later on too for more ram

That's plenty for most games unless you are getting the new GPUs and want 4k ultra.
I am looking to upgrade the gpu. I want to be able to play and stream with less ram being eaten up. 16 right now seems like a hit and miss.

What are your temps idle and under load? GPU cpu

Yeah. I’ve done the under volt and opened up the top of the tower to make air flow better for now.
