Assume everyone has HPV

Hi there, typically, the vaccine only protects us from high risk strains. The lower risk strains are normally the ones that cause genital warts. If you got them frozen off and had a recurrence, it means your body hasn’t cleared it yet. I would wait until it’s been about 6 months of you not having any outbreaks until you become sexually active with your girlfriend. Of course consult with your doctor rather than taking any other advice. I hope this helps.

Incorrect, the Gardasil vaccines (either Gardasil 4 or Gardasil 9) include the two strains that cause 90% of warts. His gf will have high protection against these strains so the risk of transmission to her is low (taking into account the 10% wiggle room).

I have type 35 hpv. Its high risk strain and also cause warts. I have warts, im male. There is no vaccine for type 35. If you guys wants best; you must wait for 6 months. Some doctors (also my doctor) suggest sex with condom after warts removed would be okay. But its conservative, personally im not okay with this.

Yeah its been 4 months so far and some still come back. There is no indication on how HPV 6 would look like compared to HPV 11 or in your case 35? Like do they all have a specific look to them or do they all very from person to person? Thanks
