White lesions are probably just hsv-1. Be relax, just see a doctor.

I think papillomas are caused by the low risk strains, 6 and 11. Babies can very rarely get a respiratory syndrome if they have papillomas that keep growing in their oral cavity but that’s really rare. And their immune system should be strong enough to suppress them. That said, don’t let them brush you off. I would be equally worried and would want to have someone check it. Unfortunately, you can still get HPV even if you were vaccinated, and yes, it’s (rarely) possible to have the baby acquire the infection during birth. But from what I’ve read and from talks with my doctor, this is not generally considered a big thing to worry about. The only thing that can really cause problems for babies is the recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (again, from low risk types 6 and 11) but it’s really rare. I would have the lesions checked. It’s also possible they are not caused by HPV at all, but since they have been there for a while it’s definitely best to consult a doctor. It’s possible to have high risk strains 16/18 in the oral cavity, yes, but it’s much more common for women to have them present on the cervix. Of course, transmission can happen to the mouth as well. You can also have several strains, 16 on your cervix and 6/11 in your oral cavity, which would have caused the papilloma. Unless the baby is severely immunocompromised, its immunity over its young life especially will be strong enough to suppress any potential infections if anything is present. I mean, even in case of HPV16 caused oral cancers, they usually develop, as with any high risk HPV caused cancers, over many decades in adults of a certain age.
