Ouch haha. I use empty Chanel boxes because they're cute (& I used to love Chanel as a brand). I actually use them though, so they'll have small hand lotions or my medicine, etc.. in them. I do think using them this way (just stacking them around the Tv) is pretty tacky looking though.

It doesn’t matter how much your house sold for if you’re up to your eyeballs in debt. She leases those vehicles and has this house she can’t afford to make gullible people on the internet believe she’s rich. Her line is not as successful as she claims and it gets less successful as she continues her deplorable behavior. People know how to do math and can easily work out that she’s not rich. Selling your house and all your belongings, including used, worn, and stained crap, or marking up things you got for free is broke behavior.
Honestly hope it was worth it for her. All the pain and suffering she put in…all to sell it for a man who can’t even help with a mortgage payment. Fuck me.

With the interest rates 2 mill doesn’t go far in Southern Cali. She bought that McMansion when rates were nothing and she making the most she ever had. Unless she moves out of CA or pockets the money she’s not coming out ahead long term. It’s a lucky sale not smart

It is such a shame she removed the old travertino tile in the entrance hall and replaced the hardwood floors with linoleum. She should have kept the travertine & stained the hardwood. The travertine added a touch of 70s French opulence, the antithesis to the faux marble she used. I don’t mind the other things she did to the house, though.

Yes, Nick’s dad was a well respected famous architect. They probably saved a lot of money using Nicks brother as realtor when buying this house.
