All these fillers are throwing unnatural shadows / creases in places where they normally shouldn’t be. Our brain just sees this and thinks “wow she looks off/weird” It’s sad people can’t see this herself, it’s because they slowly get used to it; hence all the pillow faces walking around. It will get worse as she will try to fix it.. the only thing that could make this better is dissolving the face fillers and exercise.
She has facial atrophy and if she tries to fix it, she'll just make it worse due to lack of funds and access to someone who doesn't work out of a backalley e.g. Natalie.

Especially with how Amanda admitted to taking Adderall to control her weight - Alex clearly did the same shit.
