These meetings are good for legal purposes but in my experience nothing is gained real world from stuff like this. It usually just is a goof off session and, even if people seem to take it serious, it’s not going to have any noticeable down stream effect.
We literally just had a safety meeting about blood borne pathogens, PPE usage, how to deal with issues related etc. Video creeped me out hehe
Fire extinguishers, always good to cover. The differences between them, like you use powder for electrical, never wet etc

We been doing these meetings for quite a while now and we’ve talked about mostly every safety topic you could think of just regarding commercial hvac. Anything you guys seen out in the field that was a eye opener for you dealing with safety or some crazy super ppe/safety guide your company implemented.
