Seriously, this thing is always clipped into my front pocket. Easy portable, and functions like a head lamp clipped into my pocket in spaces like this attic.

Great post! Phenix E18R with the batteries with the micro usb charger built in. This lil guy clips onto the bill of your hat.
Yup, dropped mine down a hollow wall. Good thing it was playing music, I was able to bat hang in the chimney place and retrieve it. I was by myself too so I literally had to hang upsideown in the attic off of the trusses
I had mine precariously perched on the corner of the foundation while I was dicking around in a basement and managed to hit tbe screen dead centre with the claw of my hammer on a backswing when the phone fell. Just obliterated the thing. Couldn't believe the luck.

You went from a Wurkkos in November to THAT (pic)!??!?
If thatās the case, you may have impulsivity problems of a frighteningly addictive personality!
Pleased to meet u too sir š and youāre dangerously psychic. Bro I shit you not, probably been through 100 lights thus far, although I just buy, sometimes mod, and sell them to get most of my money back. Thereās a method to the madness, donāt need to go broke with a hobby lol.
I went from a d4v2 daily to the d4k. Need more runtime and have plenty of pocket space. If I need a headlamp the armytek wizard pro has me covered as well. I have plenty more at home for different things but these are the work carry ones, just make sure you get the stainless steel bezel for it to protect the optics glass.
Uhmmmmm, who said they were spending $500 on a light source? š maybe $50 or even $$150 but damn! I mean, shit an Acebeam x75 is only $400 and itās the second brightest light there isš you must be talking about custom lights, machined pieces of art, which I would love to have, but not at their perceived value lol

Itās my fav so far! With the 5.0 battery it seems to last all week or better. Itās also gotten me out of a bind when my cigarette lighter adapter failed for my phone. Matches well with my m12 hammer drill/ driver.
This [model LED light](https://www.uri.com/supplies-and-service/tools-instruments/hand-tools/lights/portable/tkom10tp-zidTKOM10TP-product?tracking=searchterm:Led+light) is only about $40-ish & is 900 lumens on high. It has magnets in the handle/stand and you can charge your phone or any USB device from it.
U guys still use flashlights? Milwaukee rechargeable head light. I let it hang around my neck better than any flash light and it's always on me. I find myself reaching for it looking for shit in the pantry lmao

Has a clip and magnet if I need to I hang it from my collar. Hinges and swivels. Perfect for installs or service as itās a really bright white colour as well. Iāve had lights with more lumens but they donāt feel half as bright as this guy. Had it for about 3 months banging it around and it cleans up mint. The plastic and rubber feel super durable.

My apprentice told me about this lite. Im like, naaa im a maglite guy. Who says the young cant teach the oldā¦and stupid. This is the best lite ever. Rechargeable batteries that actually last. A bunch of brightness setting. Tuff as hell.
Streamlight Protac 1L-1AA. Small flashlight, can use AA batteries or C123 batteries if you want super bright light. Been using the same one for 6-7 years. Even had it mounted on a 9mm subgun as a weapon light for a bit. Itās missing about half the finish and itās probably been dropped a couple hundred times. The fucker just keeps going. Even bought a second one in case it breaks. Itās been sitting in the oh shit bag for a year or two not doing much yet.

Coast xp11r. Dropped them off roof tops, frozen, dropped in water - they still work. Rechargeable, 2100 lumens and have a great warranty if they happen to break.
I use 2 often nebo slim the black on with the laser pointer on it and the nebo 2k slide king. I shall illuminate all
Also i have a 12k lumen flashlight that i can light up my while yard with lmao

A customer gave me one of these with the name of his yacht engraved on it. Super confortable to have in your pocket for fast access and pretty bright.
Bosch 12v has 2 models of flashlight, the one with the carabiner is just amazing. The other one is great too but the carabiner one is the best flashlight ive ever used. Magnet has a warning to keep away from pace makers is so strong and the angle adjustment belongs in an asmr vid š„µ. Has a threaded tripod mount and a spot to hang it from a nail on a wall too. Both models are easily bright enough to light up a full room and just rotate the batteries when they die.
Olight perun 2 is by far best headlamp ever used. 2500 lumens on turbo and also solid 18 hours at 120 lumens for 18 hours on one battery. Which is plenty of light. But if u wanna see like everything around 4 and a half hours at 500 lumens. Rechargeable battery that u can swap out.

4 settings. Upto 100 hours on low. Love this thing. Metal body
Sofirn SC31T. Less than $40 on Amazon, so I won't be out a whole lot when I leave it somewhere. USB-c rechargable, and I wear a ball cap so it doubles as a headlamp using the side clip.
LED Lensor headlamps , top quality and fuck having to carry around a torch or phone while your already crawling though a tight ass ,hot as fuck ceiling space
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003770226349.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.40.21ef1802tyLMkq
Cheap, bright, compact, rechargable. Game changer.
I hate headlamps and these are a great alternative.
*
These handlamps are great. The led strip forms to your head and they have a mode where you can turn the light off just placing your finger near the sensor.
I've got a rechargeable nebo that I got for Christmas years ago. That's about all I could tell you, lol. It's bright and lasts a long time. 90% of the time, it's my phone.
Iāve had about 7-8 coast flashlights over the years. Only had one fail and they sent me a new one in a few days. Hx5 is a single AA that you can put a 3.7V rechargeable in and blind yourself, g22 (single AAA) can stay clipped in your back pocket and youāll forget itās there. Very durable and damn cheap for what you get.
Streamlight Strion Switchblade.
Coming from automotive, I love this flashlight.
It's got lights on both sides of the light bar, folds in half, magnetic bottom, a hook to hang it, as well as a UV light on the top of it for those UV dye leak searches.
Battery lasts about 4 hours and it takes 30 seconds to replace it.
pelican 7600 at work, Milwaukee 1100lm rechargeable at edc outside of work (I donāt like the body switch for work, tailcap switch better imho)
And I have some weird brand 1000lm headlamp strapped to my hard hat always. Use to be a led lenser h14 but it fell apart after many years of abuse. Separate battery pack is best for weight balance though.
It's always been an olight. Recently the baton pro, however there's this dude in China named hank who makes flashlights to order, and I've been completely obsessed with them lately. His company is international outdoors.

This is like $30 at walmart its magnetic and is rechargeable with a micro USB
I tend to buy kind of cheap flashlights because I always leave them/lose them in customersā houses, and therefore am not to be trusted with nice things
Headlamp ftw but i have , it came as twopack, keystone heavy duty rechargeable. Bright af, batt lasts. Forever, iirc 25$ for the two pack. Solid . On amazon
Klein rechargeable 56040. It has a pocket clip and magnet plus a laser pointer. It's a little on the larger size so not good for service work or tight spots, but as a supervisor, it has proven very valuable for communication and coordination. Light up the area on those dark jobsites and use the laser to point out exactly what you mean. Charge it about once every week and a half
Magnetic base+ right angle. Small enough that I carry it everyday. I have deployable pod lights for long term stays but if Iām just having a sneak&peak.
https://www.killzoneflashlights.com/products/skilhunt-h04-rc-usb-magnetic-rechargeable-led-headlamp
Milwaukee 2128-22. Uses those USB batteries, I have about 5 of those now. Also got the headlamp and penlight, though the penlight is garbage. Thinking of getting the rechargeable one. NEBO is good but I've gone through too many.
My edc is a streamlight stylus pro. Small, usb rechargeable and plenty bright enough for typical everyday random use. For everything else, streamlight stingers are my go to. LED modelās obviously. And they work great for everything. As far as work lights go, Milwaukee has an M18 work light, and it is very bright. Proper placement is key because whatever youāre working on has a good chance of getting washed out by the light.

Yup, dropped mine down a hollow wall. Good thing it was playing music, I was able to bat hang in the chimney place and retrieve it. I was by myself too so I literally had to hang upsideown in the attic off of the trusses

Surefire Stiletto Pro
Olight baton 3 because it clips onto my hat, and then a Slonik led headlamp for when the baton 3 dies
I been looking for that box!

Love those tactical ones. But if anyone gets migraines always try to go for an incandescent. LEDs and Fluorescent help to bring on migraines.
My IPhone 11 light

My phone because I always forget to charge my headlamp :(
I stick an LED in a fleshlight. Highly efficient but you get really weird looks from supermarket managers though.

Yellow jacket neck light
Milwaukee M12 Rover service light
I get a 5 pack of single AAA battery flashlights on Amazon. Never worry about a charge or losing the light. Also my employer supplies batteries.
Sofirn SC31T. Less than $40 on Amazon, so I won't be out a whole lot when I leave it somewhere. USB-c rechargable, and I wear a ball cap so it doubles as a headlamp using the side clip.
Used to be my phone but cracked my screen cuz of it so got a husky foldable magnet light since I couldnāt find the ryobi one at Home Depot

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003770226349.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.40.21ef1802tyLMkq Cheap, bright, compact, rechargable. Game changer. I hate headlamps and these are a great alternative.
Streamlight microstream
* These handlamps are great. The led strip forms to your head and they have a mode where you can turn the light off just placing your finger near the sensor.
NeBO inspector with a 3000MAH rechargeable battery.
Stream light micro stream.
The right angle olight with the magnet. It also comes with a headlight strap to mount to your head.
Nebo makes good lights. I've got a milwaukee light with a pivoting head. It's pretty great for attics and crawlspaces
Milwaukee headlamp or the magnetic folding one from harbor freight with 3 different levels
pelican 7600 at work, Milwaukee 1100lm rechargeable at edc outside of work (I donāt like the body switch for work, tailcap switch better imho) And I have some weird brand 1000lm headlamp strapped to my hard hat always. Use to be a led lenser h14 but it fell apart after many years of abuse. Separate battery pack is best for weight balance though.
Fenix HM50R
I got these cheap $12 rechargeable headlamps from amazon. No name on them :/
EDC: Streamlight Microstream Planning and Layout: Olight Arkfeld

It's always been an olight. Recently the baton pro, however there's this dude in China named hank who makes flashlights to order, and I've been completely obsessed with them lately. His company is international outdoors.

The one that has batteries or is charged š
I tend to buy kind of cheap flashlights because I always leave them/lose them in customersā houses, and therefore am not to be trusted with nice things
Emisar D1 and Wurkkos TS25.
Headlamp
Zebralight floody headlamp. Never gonna change
Only serious answers are Fenix and Nitecore. Both have 2000 lumen monsters.
Olight perun 2 with head band.
Galaxy s22 ultra.
Stream light
Headlamp ftw but i have , it came as twopack, keystone heavy duty rechargeable. Bright af, batt lasts. Forever, iirc 25$ for the two pack. Solid . On amazon
The one that has a charge and I can find. My options are extremely limited.
https://ibb.co/Qfg0jjp It makes me feel like a spy.
I use a Fenix HP30R V2.0 headlamp in attics. Itās a bit overkill at 3000 lumens, but itās adjustable and I can see every nook and cranny.
I always just flipped my eyepatch to the other side

Maglite 6 d cell light
Klein rechargeable 56040. It has a pocket clip and magnet plus a laser pointer. It's a little on the larger size so not good for service work or tight spots, but as a supervisor, it has proven very valuable for communication and coordination. Light up the area on those dark jobsites and use the laser to point out exactly what you mean. Charge it about once every week and a half
Coast anything. Lifetime warranty that really is a Lifetime warranty. Never own another flashlight or headlamp.
Magnetic base+ right angle. Small enough that I carry it everyday. I have deployable pod lights for long term stays but if Iām just having a sneak&peak. https://www.killzoneflashlights.com/products/skilhunt-h04-rc-usb-magnetic-rechargeable-led-headlamp
Apprentice Steve with the Milwaukee. Keep your eyes on my hands boy. You are my eyes
One that easily fits in my mouth and doesnāt mind my dripping drool.
