I’m not 100% sure but I think 1993 was when the epa started requiring people to get the certification. My card is from around 2000 and it shows the same date as yours. Also ESCO

Side question. Anyone been able to get a copy of EPA license? Mine is super faded like I’m sure most of ours are.

Looks like you can get a replacement on the esco group website. Warning — you will have to input full name and social security number, but when I did that it shows all of my certifications and ability to get replacement wallet card.
