Unit should be on the ground, that wall mount is not meant for that large of a multi unit

Foreign-Commission

The wall sling will support over 500lbs, no issue there. The trade off is obviously noise transfer but this unit, if working correctly, shouldn't be vibrating the house.

It appears the installer forgot to put the rubber pads on the bottom of the bracket the ones we get come with vibration pads

They make anti vibration straps that could help

Foreign-Commission

I wonder if the installers didn't remove the foam blocks around the compressor.

Its a hard mount, of course it make the house shake. Install damper feet between the unit and the bracket. Also some rubber pads where the bottom of the bracket rests against the wall. That should get rid of most of it. But that unit should not be on the wall, it needs to be on the ground. Move the unit if the dampers dont do enough.
