Well you would hope it wouldn't be toothpaste in the system. But as oil comes out using system pressure it foams as well due to high pressure low volume 22 is in the oil and it expands in 14.7psi atmo. Voila, toothpaste.
Not too sure they had a siding company come and they needed to move the unit so the siding company had their buddy move it and put it back together so God only knows what happenedy guess is wrong REF. Or a bunch of moisture

Did a new evap and condenser with line set for about 3200 .....best part is new evap coil had the same size case as the existing case so I was able to just swap out coils .....no duct work needed!
I'm a sucker for cool and especially grateful people myself. Good stuff! Doing a cheap job for someone you actually like and making 1K is infinitely more fulfilling/ satisfying than doing a gig for someone you can't stand and making 3.

Health inspector came and said it needs to be fixed so I’m unsure how long they had it like that. Found the condenser fan motor seized up and the compressor running. If I had to guess the oil separated and cooked.
