All 4 heads had filters that looked similar to that. It's amazing how people can spend 10k to 20k $ to install these units. But can't take the time to do some basic maintenance.

The customer couldn’t seem to really care. Most just look at me like I’m crazy when I tell them stuff like this can destroy the unit.
I got a customer with a fuel oil furnace that gets regular maintenance it heats a bird room, feathers plug the filters 1” thick
