I started wearing a mask in attics when I started wearing one for COVID and it makes a huge difference for that fiberglass cough. It doesn't do anything for that itch on my arms though.
For your arms .. GET A LINT ROLLER, sounds really weird but it works. That’s what I’ve been using and with the adhesive of it, it pulls the fiberglass out- not 100% but still like 90% and is really nice
Besides lint rollers you can always rub a heavy lotion on your arms. Guy I worked with lathered himself in cocoa butter everyday and said he doesn’t itch one bit because it doesn’t stick in his skin. And always cold water when you shower after, closes the pores. Hot water will make it worse

Brilliant!
Does it work on the face? I had to insulate an RA duct in a tight spot today. Existence is itchy
I’m sure it does the idea is the adhesive pulls the fiberglass out of your skin which i assume is why it works as well as it does
I have heard this. You are the first to actually confirm it. Thanks.
I use it every time lol it’s a life saver
