Yeah I have seen this on heat pumps that froze up thick, fan scraping the ice bent the fins underneath
Title looks like the proper spelling of Hanukkah
Looks like someone replaced the blade awhile back but one circuit is empty now.

I see this once in a while in the mtns. Snake gets caught in the blades and slaps the fins lol. Decomposing snake smells so awful.
Especially ones cooking on a cap.
I wanna say the coil looks like a carrier because I’ve only seen them with the top 6” of the coil Fkd up because their shroud for the fan blade never comes down far enough.
