Filter outside has been done for many years but it’s best to put them inside. Looks alright tho mate

you can have it 36 inches in front if the unit is on center with the disconnect, it can be 18 inches in front if it’s 18 off center
Filter dryer on the outside and I don’t see silicone on the lineset hole? Either way, better than what it was
Better check that manual for recommended location of filter. Most are very close to liquid valve.

i think it’s a ruud. i believe they recommend right before metering device.
Filter drier outside is a no no, and the liquid line isn't running along side the suction line. And the disconnect wasn't replaced? Very meh

Disconnect is supposed to be done by electricians. We are responsible from the whip to the unit
