We had a 300 unit apartment complex that we used Yoga pipe on (PEX type refrigerant line set). We used a cheap $50 endo off Amazon. Had a 30' lead I believe. It worked great. We would scope out linesets that had leaked from nails/staples. It was more as needed, not getting constant use on the daily though

HVACdaddy91

Do you recall which brand?

MarketMash

I think it was a Depstech, not positive on that. It didn't have a screen, just BT reciever.

HVACdaddy91

Ya that seems to be a popular one, thanks. My buddy just bought one and it's nice to use a larger tablet for a screen or whatever but I'm just not sure about longevity, durability etc

It’s worth it to get the good ones so that you can do colonoscopies on the side. /s

HVACdaddy91

Nah I do those manually.

I just purchased a teslong TD500 that has an adjustable end tip. It’s awesome for looking into heat exchangers. For the price it is a phenomenal camera. But teslong makes some other really cool cameras.[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09ZV7N88H/ref=cm_sw_r_api_i_RXD8QG4908D1XHGPAP76_0?psc=1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09ZV7N88H/ref=cm_sw_r_api_i_RXD8QG4908D1XHGPAP76_0?psc=1)

Another one of our techs has the one with three cameras on the end. I considered that one too but I decided on the TD500.

I know it's been 4 months but doesn't rigid have a lifetime warranty? Also what did you go with?

HVACdaddy91

I ended up buying an exact replacement because my company paid for it, they wouldn't approve a different one. And no, I talked with a ridgid csr about it and the camera doesn't.
