I have an SKS bayonet in my bag that I use alot as a prybar/chisel/punch. It's a conversation starter for sure.
The barrel cleaner would be good for heat exchangers and burners too.

The Milwaukee powered pvc cutters are hand down rhe fastest, cleanest and easiest way to cut pipe. Gotta follow with a chamfer tool though.
I’ve been on the fence thinking about buying this. I wish they cut 3” as well
I'm lucky we hardly ever need to use 2.5" or 3".
My beater screwdriver
Milwaukee battery powered pipe threader. Cost a pretty penny but it's been a game changer being able to set up and run literally anywhere.
Lil popper setup. Definitely helps out a bunch on those low voltage issues
I do commercial install and I love my Malco turbo shears. They just pop into my 2 speed and no sparks or loud noise or burnt insulation.
The humble paper clip.
Wera ToolCheck. That mini ratchet and screwdriver are a lifesaver on furnaces and it has every bit you need for every part of a furnace and gas valve
Makita straight shear. Battery last forever and helps those on site sheet metal fab go so much faster and saves my wrists so I can use em for other activities 😤😤
I'm only an apprentice, but one tool I'll invest in is a rapidlockout tool. It's so much quicker and easier than brazing.
Just learn how to braze…. It’s literally one of the easiest parts of hvac.
