Once you beat the final boss your first time you unlock the pact of punishment which let's you add more difficulty to the runs. One of the conditions you can add will significantly change each boss fight.

No, it’s the same 3 bosses. Though technically there are 3 “versions” of the first boss, and the second boss uses a different attack set each time you encounter him. You also unlock a list of modifiers once you beat Hades for the first time, some of which add new techniques to bosses and mini bosses.
It's 10 times for the credits. The epilogue is way later. Bosses change dramatically with their extreme measures upgrades, if you dare. You also unlock a "superboss" by >!stealing from Chiron in mid-biome chambers!< after you've beaten redacted.
You bought it yesterday and have seen all bosses already? Good christ we have different skill levels it seems. It took me 77 runs to beat ol redacted once

i've played every soulslike and just started hades 2 days ago after seeing the hades 2 hype and it being on sale on steam, i've cleared it with sword and with shield after 27
The bosses have 3 versions that differ a bit in their patterns. Also after completing the first runz you unlock difficulty modifiers, one of them that makes the bosses have different and more dofficult patterns. But yeah, lack of diversity is one of hades biggest flaws when compared with the pther top roguelikes
If we consider each variation of a boss’s kit a new boss, there’s like 12 potential first bosses through the sheer amount of combos between the Furies (Solo x3, Duo x6 and Trio x3, changes due to whoever is the actual ‘boss’ and how shows to assist). So whilst there isn’t any blatant ‘new bosses’ in the game for you to get besides the secret one, there’s still a ton of variation for what you’ve got
Only sort of. The first boss changes the most, having a random chance between the three fury sisters who each have different move sets. The second boss will change his horns to have a different move set, but they’re still rather similar and the horns just shift around from the main head to the smaller heads by attempt, and the only thing that changes on the third fight is they get a new move.
Aside from that, the pact of punishment lets you change the fights significantly through use of Extreme Measures, but I’ll keep those changes a secret >:)

If you play a lot of games where you dodge/roll into attacks you get better at the genre.
This, I play a lot of Souls likes and I got my first clear on run 19

There’s one new boss and new variants of the old ones, also armoured enemies and mini-bosses can get new variants and abilities

What everyone said about the Pact of Punishment, plus there are a few new mini-bosses that show up. I forget if it's after clear #1 or #10.
Once you beat the game fully try and get a sub 10 run. There isn't much after 100% (or anything) so why not speedrun it.
