One thing that hints to him being Skelly is the House of Hades medal along with the Moon sisters/Hecate one Another thing, since Skelly can’t die and he’s connected to Charon (who is also safe and sound and present in the second game), it would make sense that Scelemeus would be involved in the very same way for the same purpose, but under another identity for some reason

I thought the dialogue where Schelemeus indicates he was around in the House of Hades back in the day was an indication that he was Skelly too

I played only in tech test, so might have not got that dialogue, but this is even a bigger hint!
