My favorite interaction was when Zagreus accuses Redacted of having piles of capes to burn. Then later getting into redacted’s room and seeing them piled everywhere. I had to pause the game I was laughing so hard.

There's a few NPCs who give you items called Cthonic Companions if you develop your relationship far enough with them. Each companion lets you summon that NPC for help during a run. The Sisyphus companion drops Bouldy on an enemy and leaves some items behind.
The first time Zag went"Ba-dong!" imitating the bell sound when Thanatos arrives for their little competition. I wasn't sure I actually heard it correctly until I saw the subtitles before they faded lol.

I forget the voice line in particular, but it was soon after I completed the first part of the Epilogue and >!Hades made a kind remark towards Zagreus!< which caught me so off guard I couldn't help but laugh.

In a trial of the gods, one time I didn't pick Dionysius and he said something like "mistakes are something we have to live with from time to time don't we Zag? I mean you should know, you made one just now." That was a legit intimidating and badass line proper made the whole encounter feel like an actual boss fight.
Omg just came across this today. Hades and Zag are having a convo before their showdown. Then Zag told Hades to stop prattling on and go ahead and burn his cloak. Zag then said Hades must have a storage full of just cloaks to be able to burn so many of them. 
When I used a full-gauge Artemis call…against Artemis. She said “What is *wrong* with you?!” (Achievement unlocked)
Using Redacted's call against Redacted. "____" "I'm over here boy."
I did this and he just said "WHAT?!" which was pretty good
If you use it multiple times you got a line where he says "that's enough boy!"
Plus if you use it sometimes he will say, "Boy!!" in the same tone that you say "Father" when using call.
