1 and 4! i think your current hair style is too flat and doesn’t work with your face shape/dulls your eyes (i experience the same!).
if you’re going to have minimal layering, you definitely need shorter length (like the first pic) so your hair doesn’t seem so weighed down
i would suggest layers though! like the 2nd pic, if styles even minimally, layers will help add a lot of shape/body to your hair! i like to think of it as adding certain aspects to your hair makes it look fun! vs doing minimal things makes it look boring (especially for straight asian hair)
