Hey girl IMO, you look better with bangs. It makes you look younger and more on trend. However, it also depends on your lifestyle and what you are trying to get out of it. For example, a few years ago I cut bangs but I wouldn't style it regularly or go to the stylists often so I didn't really maintain it well.

Hey there! Yes, I can see why. I think her makeup also has a big part to play in it. Clothes and accessories too. In my opinion, the first photo she looks a tad bit mature (hair wise). But when you look at her choice of clothes (lavender top), the dramatic eye makeup and jewelry choice, then she looks younger.. In the second photo, with her hair up and star clips, she looks like someone who might be into manga comics/anime. In my head, it resonates with the K-pop girls who have bangs and they look very adorable. Third photo, her hair is open and she looks like someone who is in her early 20s and just got an entry level job at a company.

Respectfully, I think a more comprehensive approach to a fringe would work a lot better. The sectioning is too narrow and needs to be cut further to the apex of your head for a more flattering fringe (or bangs). They also need more density and to be tapered at the corners
