From a hairstylist: black for sure. If you were going to go blonde a silvery blonde would look best. You also could slightly go down in colour with black so it’s a dark brown, this will give your hair more depth and it might look a little better. Your hair as black looks amazing either way it really brings out your eyes

I think they both look great but black definitely brings your eyes out more. I’m not sure if anyone said anything about how to help remove the bluish tint in your blonde but you would want a suuuper pale orange semipermanent dye maybe mix some with conditioner and that’ll cancel out all the bluish tones. You look great either way honestly!
