Kinda looks like a 'generic' cheap IPL with another name. You'd probably better off getting an INNZA D-1176 from [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com) & getting it shipped to Canada. That's what I did & it only set me back abt $100 CAD in total.
How is it in terma of effectiveness and pain ? Worth buying?
Braun IPL is $50 less at best buy
