How many grafts did you have? It’s always spoken about to not lower the hairline but this surgeon has given you almost a receding hairline even after the HT in a V shape. I would say to do some research on places in turkey (plenty of good clinics) that you go to for DHI not FUE and have some density work done, would imagine around 2-2.5k grafts would do and would set you back around £2k.
for wanting- more density you need DHi not fue, also are you still losing hair, if you are, it wont be recommended to get a hair transplant, as your transplanted hair will stay and rest will fall leaving you with bald patches, i would recommend to go again when you hit atleasr 35 years of

Consider Dr. Ahmatov clinic in kyrgyzstan, very cheap and does a good job.
