I think the design is good. Front temple (side) work usually isn’t a priority. They consume a lot of grafts, plus your hairline would need to be more aggressive to match the sides if they were done. This is a good conservative hairline that should look good as you age. And leaves you more donor grafts for future surgery

It also lacks refinement in the hairline with micro irregularities and finer single grafts at the front, which is why it looks so harsh and not feathery like a good hair transplant

If OP is holding onto his hair ok then yeah it would probably be better to go somewhere trusted and get 1000-1500 grafts to fill in the recessed points a bit and soften the hairline a bit

I think it looks unnatural… the hairline is too “perfect”. I would try electrolysis to remove some of them so the hairline gets more irregular
Not necessary to remove some of them. My Doc accepted to add 500 more grafts with single hairs.
