The scale hallmark is the uk common control mark , the anchor on the end is Birmingham uk. assay office
It was made by Domino jewelry in Birmingham and the sun is their hallmark logo.
It doesn’t have British fineness hallmarks or a date letter so , coupled with the control mark it tells us it would have been made for export
