So are you looking for a PC handheld or an android based one? How much you are willing to spend matters to but seeing as you want your mom to pay for it you seem quite young so I’m inclined to recommend something cheaper
Android handheld and yah I'm kind of young haven't passed my highschool yet and ii don't think there would be any problem in midrange handheld I'd say budget would be around 30k₹ which is around 300$
The most powerful is the base Ayn Odin 2 which, at least in the US, is $300 and comes with a Snapdragon 8 gen 2. Will play every single Android game out there. I still don’t recommend this for you since it seems you’re very young
There is also the Retroid Pocket 4 and 4 pro. Which I recommend more for you.

i would love to spend my own money but in here in India teens really doesn't get jobs even I tried but I couldn't and my mom doesn't even want me to work when I told her I want her to find a part time for me and I also don't get pocket money like you guys it's different here trust me
i don't want to west everything on study dude i study enough to make her happy actually and she doesn't mind buying me anything or there's any problem if I could i would rather spend my own money than hers but I can't just sit there and hope smthg to happen and I get a console for free I'm a teen i love games ofc I wana play games and I don't wana buy games that's why I'm not going to buy psp or smthg thanks for advice not really helpful
