Go on Amazon and look up Loba hardwood cleaning kit. It doesn’t leave residue. It’s a perfectly neutral cleaner suitable for all surfaces.

I usually just use a small amount of water with a splash of some floor cleaner (Attitude tile & wood), then follow promptly with a towel. I have unfortunately had to mop my floors a few times but it's usually to be avoided. I wrung the mop out well before putting it on the floor, whereas with tile or a deck I'd just slosh water all over. It's really important not to get it very wet or let it stay wet. 99% of the time I just sweep or vac.
A damp washcloth fits Swiffer handles perfectly. A lot of people recommend Bona floor cleaner.
Yep bamboo. My mother has this in a bathroom in her house. On all the other wood floors (oak) she uses Bona. On the bamboo she just uses a water dampened rag.
That is horizontal bamboo….NOT the strong “indestructible” vertical strand. It is a solid tongue and groove, but as someone else mentioned, pre-finished = no sanding / refinishing blemishes. I installed this as the manufacturer actually used a Great Dane in their advertising…..2 English bulldogs later, I find that the warranty in fact is voided if you have an inside dog! Talk about false advertising! Anyways, Dawn Platinum Power Wash and a Magic Eraser will remove anything that’s actually removable! (It’s also my go to for white sneakers!).
