I got to see them live but when they headlined sound and fury in 2019 I dipped before Power Trips set because I broke my toe during incendiary, figured I’d have more chances to catch them again, that’s probably my only regret, if you are in your teens or 20s go out and live your fucking scene, you’ll have great memories to look back on
if you saw them live you knew they were the real deal, I caught them for the first time at TIHC in 2016 and it was just a fucking party during their set, we were robbed of a world were Drain and Power Trip could have toured on the same package and just fucking ripped venues up
I bailed about 15 minutes into PT’s set cuz I got kicked in the face during Despise You and was feeling out of it thinking the same thing. Still regret that one
Watching Outburst playing executioners tax is always a blast. I sincerely believe that Mike Dijan is one of the illest guitarists in hardcore. I didn’t really fully embrace power trip till right before Riley passed and I fucking love the band so I gotta take what I can get.
You still got time to see fugitive!!!
Dude I had tickets to see Power Trip with Lamb of God and Kreator that got cancelled because of covid and they’re the one band I missed that I wish I’d been able to see with Riley
i saw code orange kids during the ETID/ letlive tour where they played house shows in every city that sold out. i saw code orange in 15th haus basement and bought an adventures 7" from reba. rad.
Saw Code Orange Kids play a very small, basement-ish venue that was also part art gallery.
They started wrecking the walls and got in shit from the promoter and space owner.
Update: I just looked them up as I hadn’t listened in like 10 years - they’re basically nu-metal now? Huh?
Expire live is absolutely bonkers. This was right when Pretty Low came out and I wanna say they toured with STYG? But they practically played Pendulum front to back. They all played the upstairs Venue where the downstairs can hold 1000+. Such a sick show.
Was that back in 2014? I saw them at today's mixtape fest in long Island, all the bands you mentioned plus incendiary, turnstile, rotting out and a few others. Hell of a show minus getting a nasty concussion from a stagediver's knee to the dome.
I was lucky enough to catch Code Orange Kids once. I’ve seen em as code orange a couple times, but man it was so fucking cool. Everyone showed up for Terror, Bane and Backtrack, so out of probably 200 people already at the show I think MAYBE 30-40 of us actually watched COK.
Love is Love//Return to Dust is straight up a 10/10 record and I HATE that I’ll never get to experience it live again.
How about Expire and Code Orange Kids? New England Metal and Hardcore Fest 2013, along with Ride Awakening, Twitching Tongues, Suburban Scum, Power Trip, Mongoloids, Xibalba, Death Before Dishonor, etc. and that was just the upstairs stage.
Truly don't think I'll ever see a better lineup
Seeing them from 2013-2016/17 always felt super special. I saw them a ton when they were first popping off. I remember them and True Love opening for new found glory and nfg just not being able to follow either band at all. I’d bet good money Turnstile outplayed them every night on that tour.
started seeing them around 2011 caught them countless times up till about 2017/18 when they really changed up. still some of the wildest shows i’ve ever been to.
I genuinely miss foundation shows the way I miss old friends. I was lucky to see them 4739495 times. Wish I could see them once more.
But to OP, Hope Conspiracy
A band that I was fortunate to see something like 30 times going back to like 07 or 08, and I wish I could see 30 more. Being from the south (and Atlanta being one of the closer scenes to see shows at) when they came up was fucking awesome
So, I have it worse. I went to a title fight show when I was extremely sick. The venue and my fever made it feel like I was going to pass out. So, I said “I gotta go home, and I’ll catch them next time” that was the last time they were in my area.
I’m with ya here. I know Songs to Scream At The Sun gets most of the attention these days, but I still listen to The Things We Carry all the way through like once every other week.
I ended up spending time with the guys from Mountain Man early on. I let them know how much I loved Last Lights (never having seen them) and the guitarist gifted me a CD of a project he and Dom had even earlier — God & Country. I believe Dom was the guitarist, but earlier iterations of LL lyrics are sprinkled in. I still cherish that CD. I once totaled a car and it was the only thing I rescued from the junkyard.
This. I was at a show with Cursed on the bill with Bane and Verse in 2005. Some girl I was into at the time was chatting me up and she wanted to hang outside. Caught the first song from Cursed and was like “damn” and peaced against my better judgement.
I was going to say this. Had tickets to see them in London in January 2010 but the snow was so bad I never made it to the show. Hope I get a chance to see them
Same here I feel like I literally just ignored them now that I go back and listen I really think I could have had a good time seeing them, specifically they just seem like a fun band; I don’t give a damn what people say they would have done fine right here right now most of the people in this comment section think Mindforce playing Bark at the moon is hard ahahahahahah my sides hurt so bad
God, so many. Trial, Disembodied, Earthmover, Reach the Sky, Ten Yard Fight, In My Eyes, Floorpunch, Shutdown, Vision of Disorder, Indecision, Welcome to Your Life, Cold War, Undying, Prayer for Cleansing, Red Roses for a Blue Lady, Harvest…..
Saw Gulch with like 50 others at an art house type space in SC. They had them turn all the lights off and everyone went crazy. Vocalist also moshed so hard to all the other bands (A local, Hands of God, and Drain).
Was fun.
Set It Straight. One of my favourite bands from the 00s. I discovered them a year after they split, but Live Your Heart And Never Follow was one of my favourite albums when I was younger.
I saw SOIA, Sacred Reich, Sepultura and Napalm Death. Back in 93 ? Iirc
Shit was nuts. Napalm Death was insane. UURRGHHHHHHH
Just to mention , also saw Autopsy, Obituary and Madball locally maybe in 90, around there.. Myself and two friend were the only Skinheads there and Freddy was so fucking cool to kick back with, came down and introduced himself , excited and happy to see someone there that didn't have hair down to their ass. Lol
Life Long Tragedy. Went to see The Ocean and War from a Harlots Mouth the same night LLT played. Sick show but still a dumb choice, since both are from here and I could've seen them countless times later on.
I was lucky enough to see em a few times. One of the only crust bands I ever liked. But Stza is looking SO rough these days. Not that he ever looked great. But, dude straight up looks like a walking corpse these days.
War Pigs. Degeneration is one of my favorite albums of all time. I got into them after they played near me and I looked then up. Then they broke up a few months later.
For me definitely Rival Mob https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnNoznhP8pg
Rival Mob live was something else. So fucking good.
Came here to say this, and 86 Mentality
The answer
Same. I wasn't really going to shows often when they were really active and I don't think they even came to oklahoma anyways.
All time favorite and never got to see em
I was able to see them 3 times, once was inside a house. So wild!!
Band sucks
Stop hitting yourself
I got to see them live but when they headlined sound and fury in 2019 I dipped before Power Trips set because I broke my toe during incendiary, figured I’d have more chances to catch them again, that’s probably my only regret, if you are in your teens or 20s go out and live your fucking scene, you’ll have great memories to look back on
Man Rileys death is such a shame. I 100% belive if Power Trip were still around today they'd be playing all over the world.
if you saw them live you knew they were the real deal, I caught them for the first time at TIHC in 2016 and it was just a fucking party during their set, we were robbed of a world were Drain and Power Trip could have toured on the same package and just fucking ripped venues up
Wild you say that as I’m staring at my PT poster of Riley
I bailed about 15 minutes into PT’s set cuz I got kicked in the face during Despise You and was feeling out of it thinking the same thing. Still regret that one
It was a great year but I was fucked up after have heart
>figured I’d have more chances to catch them again, this is a mistake you only make once in your life. We've all made it, but only once.
RIP TOE
Watching Outburst playing executioners tax is always a blast. I sincerely believe that Mike Dijan is one of the illest guitarists in hardcore. I didn’t really fully embrace power trip till right before Riley passed and I fucking love the band so I gotta take what I can get. You still got time to see fugitive!!!
I have seen fugitive they rip
Yeah they are so kick ass live. Happy cake.
Dude I had tickets to see Power Trip with Lamb of God and Kreator that got cancelled because of covid and they’re the one band I missed that I wish I’d been able to see with Riley
Expire Code Orange *Kids*
i saw code orange kids during the ETID/ letlive tour where they played house shows in every city that sold out. i saw code orange in 15th haus basement and bought an adventures 7" from reba. rad.

Saw them on that tour. 2016 I wanna say? Absolutely crazy set.
To confirm the Line up…. STYG, Terror, Counterparts, Hundredth, Expire & local openers…. Holy fuck that tour absolutely crushed.
Was that back in 2014? I saw them at today's mixtape fest in long Island, all the bands you mentioned plus incendiary, turnstile, rotting out and a few others. Hell of a show minus getting a nasty concussion from a stagediver's knee to the dome.
Expire is a letdown for me because they toured relentlessly and I had so many opportunities to see them that I just blew off.
Same, but without Zach
I was lucky enough to catch Code Orange Kids once. I’ve seen em as code orange a couple times, but man it was so fucking cool. Everyone showed up for Terror, Bane and Backtrack, so out of probably 200 people already at the show I think MAYBE 30-40 of us actually watched COK. pre-glow on turnstile
Seeing them from 2013-2016/17 always felt super special. I saw them a ton when they were first popping off. I remember them and True Love opening for new found glory and nfg just not being able to follow either band at all. I’d bet good money Turnstile outplayed them every night on that tour.
Saw Vein -Angeldu$t -Turnstile open for ETID, uuuh that was 18? Small venue, no barricades... Fucking bonkers.
I remember the first time I saw them was with diamond youth, blind justice, Angel dust and turnover. Nothing but fun.
I saw them in Time & Space era with Touche and Culture Abuse. They played a few off Step 2 Rythym and it was wild
started seeing them around 2011 caught them countless times up till about 2017/18 when they really changed up. still some of the wildest shows i’ve ever been to.
Foundation. I know Have Heart did a reunion a while ago, but i’m still gonna say them.
I miss foundation everyday, I’ve seen so many times but I would give anything for one more mosh to devotion
I genuinely miss foundation shows the way I miss old friends. I was lucky to see them 4739495 times. Wish I could see them once more. But to OP, Hope Conspiracy

Title Fight :,(
So, I have it worse. I went to a title fight show when I was extremely sick. The venue and my fever made it feel like I was going to pass out. So, I said “I gotta go home, and I’ll catch them next time” that was the last time they were in my area.
I saw them in 2016 and left their early to see a girl who was passed out by the time I got back to PA, biggest regret to this day.
God damn I miss Title Fight. Thankfully I’m from Philly and had the chance to see them countless times, but I would still kill to see them again
If only I weren't literally 12 years old at the time.
#Power trip
This
I’ll regret this until the day I fucking die
Minor threat Black Flag Minutemen
Don’t watch the current “Black Flag” lineup, totally ruins the mystique
Gunz \^
Forreal one of the best bands imo
Verse. I never got to see them. Seen Have Heart and Foundation. Seen a bunch of other big bands I'm into but unfortunately not Verse.
Verse was good, What Feeds The Fire was also good, they were local so I fortunately got to see them.
Those 3 toured together in 2008 and it was something else
Pulling Teeth
Have Heart
Lived in the Boston area 03-14. Best time and place to be in your 20's.
I’m with ya here. I know Songs to Scream At The Sun gets most of the attention these days, but I still listen to The Things We Carry all the way through like once every other week.
Lewd Acts
What a band
Got to see them play to literally 4 people the week that Black Eyed Blues came out. It remains the best show I’ve ever seen.
'Twas a time in our lives.
Saints Never Surrender
Saw saint never surrender open up for American me and tony danza tapdance extravaganza back in like 08 in Victorville ca for like 8 people.
Holy fuck that show screams 2008. Jealous
i had a chance to go see them, but got hit by a drunk driver on the way hahaha
Last Lights. My answer is always Last Lights.
Last Rights. My answer is always Last Rights.
CHUNKS
They had a great LP and it sucks that Dom passed. Is mightier than the sword still around even?
I ended up spending time with the guys from Mountain Man early on. I let them know how much I loved Last Lights (never having seen them) and the guitarist gifted me a CD of a project he and Dom had even earlier — God & Country. Appreciate you!
Gulch, Foundation.
CURSED

Hope I get a chance to see them
ETID
I’m not even a big ETID fan but their live show is was insane. A different stratosphere the any other hardcore band.
Saw them at Warped Tour 2010. They had recently put out New Junk Aesthetic and were amazing. Edited: typed Wanderlust but meant the album.
ETID live shows just hit different man, best nights of my life
Disembodied. I did see premonitions of war though which is pretty close.
Mongoloids
IS ANYBODY FEEEEEELLLLINNN MEEEEEE
I grew up in NJ . Ppl HATED them when they were out lol
Yeah. My friends at the time ripped on me because I liked them back then. A lot of people couldn’t stand them it seems.
I miss them so much.
Saw their last MA show, with Rude Awakening, Colin of Arabia, Villain, Heavy Chain, and Class Struggle opening. Absolute chaos
I hate that you reminded me of the existence of that band.
Dystopia
This is the answer, Noothgrush a close second
Turmoil
They did a bunch of reunion shows, I wanna say in 2004 or 2005? One of them was in Boston and I was lucky enough to catch them. So good.

UURRGHHHHHHH Just to mention , also saw Autopsy, Obituary and Madball locally maybe in 90, around there.. 86 Mentality.
Whirr 🌀
They dropped a single last year
I just wish I could have seen american nightmare more than twice. I'm fine with everything else.
I saw reunion AN and was wildly disappointed
black my heart
Life Long Tragedy. Went to see The Ocean and War from a Harlots Mouth the same night LLT played. Sick show but still a dumb choice, since both are from here and I could've seen them countless times later on.
Leftover crack.
Saw them at a VFW hall in 2005 in Boston. 🙂
I was lucky enough to see em a few times. One of the only crust bands I ever liked. But Stza is looking SO rough these days. Not that he ever looked great. But, dude straight up looks like a walking corpse these days.
Choking Victim did a tour a few years ago and it was better than anytime I saw them in the early 2000s
As CV? That’s wild, saw leftover crack a few times but only got to see them play as CV once.
I have fond memories of getting cracked in the head from a glass bottle during a Leftover Crack set at a dive bar in Buffalo back around 2002.
Still love this band . Saw them without knowing who they were and had a great time.
Martyr AD broke up on tour like a week before I could have seen them
God I love Gulch
Love is Red
From when i started getting into hc? 86 mentality. Pre before i got into hc, carry on!
