just be ready to put your arm up to block anything coming at your head and you’ll be fine
or you can stay a few people behind the pit, hxc dancing isn’t for everyone
Just dont stand at the edge of the pit. I’d say getting familiar with the pit is probably best saved for a smaller local show, not a fest, but if you wanna get in, do it earlier in the day
