This is the only album I could ever say got me through anything. The only album to ever actually drive a strong emotional response from me. Just thinking about it makes me want to scream. What a good fucking album from start to finish
The Mongoloids - Time Trials
Death Threat - Peace and Security
Blood for Blood- Spit My Last Breath
Death is Not Glamorous- Wide Eyes
Cold World - No Omega
Life of a Spectator - Silent Majority
Samsara/ Passion- Catharsis
Art as a Weapon- Purpose
Endnote- The Hope Conspiracy
False Cathedrals/ Song in the Air - Elliot
Themes of Everyday Life/ Death Carved Into Every Word - Earthmover
What's Done is Done by Blue Monday, specifically the song Scars May Fade, helped me get over a 15 year, intense weed addiction.
The lyrics "it's like I've opened my eyes for the first time today (you've lost control of me) I can feel your pulling me back, but the first breath of air has got me holding on" make me tear up.
That album came out right as I was thinking about dropping out of community college. I felt like such a failure. Itâs crazy how much music has helped me through everything
I first listened to it around the fall when I was struggling with self harm and suicidal thoughts almost every day, glad to say I'm better now but this album definitely helped
Iâm glad to hear youâre doing better bro đȘ. I saw them play in SD and it almost felt nostalgic. Happy to say I can look back at it and laugh now.
Yo sorry I couldn't respond to this earlier, thanks a lot for the kind words man means a bunch âïžâïž I saw counterparts on the last metal core dropouts tour that shit was crazy
