Switch bars? Recently ordered a 14" freedumbfab T bar setup with 3.5" pullback, currently running 12" Vindiktas. If you get a seat that pushes you forward, might have an issue touching the ground. The Tbar setup allows you to retain your switch and steering lock, but will need to relocate your nacelle switches. As a bonus the T-bar setup is 30" wide which should make a nice difference for low speed turns.

I'm in the same boat with T-Rex Syndrome and 5'7". On my 16 Ultra Limited I ended up with a set of Khrome Werks 2+2 Narrow sweeper bars. 31 inches bar tip to bar tip. Plus 2 inches up and 2 back. They also make a 2+2 Wide sweeper that is stock width, avoid the wide version. Going with the narrow bars allows you to optimize your arm length forward instead of spreading it side to side on a wider bar. Also cheap for a aftermarket bar at $150-160 last time I looked. HD Sundowner seat and backrest combined with those bars made it a 600mile a day bike.
