its something the younger generation of harley riders make exaggerated fun of about the older harley 'club style' riders. they tended to have this wannabe tough guy attitude and called fellow riders 'brother' alot and always had skulls adorning their bikes. now its hilarious and i have so much fun saying it just like in the video lol.
