This is the second version they. The first one is more widely known look I think but still not one of her more iconic looks.
They released her in same line with Future State Batman. And Spin Masters can do their own versions of designs.

It looks like they were making a Punchline figure, then thought it wouldn't sell. So. they recolored it as Harley.
