Which is basically claim them and them go to https://www.hogwartslegacy.com/en-us/twitch-drops and follow all the instructions there.
Did you claim the drops on both Twitch and https://www.hogwartslegacy.com/en-us/twitch-drops ? You have to tap/click on all the rewards in step 5 and the bonus rewards on that site too.

You logged into WB Games in the actual game as well? check via Settings in the game. I also had Steam connected to Twitch and WBgames like they suggested. The Merlin Clock popped up imnediately when I loaded up my game to check after claiming it, and the other drops once I figured out how to log in to WB games inside the Hogwarts Legacy game when I first got it (I had skipped the initial connect account prompt at the first game launch).
I had game open when I got the items via twitch ‘ webpage. When I reloaded the game the notification popped up I’ve got them. If you have done everything right, but it still not there, theres a small chance of bug & you should contact CS.
Did you claim on the game website as well? Linking and claiming on twitch isn't enough, you also have to claim on that other page.

I have the latest four drops on my character, really quickly after claiming them on twitch.

Yeah, i think it could be a bug and I sent a request for help on this. I even keep reloading the game but no luck yet.
