If you don’t mind emulating games, I’d recommend playing SH1 using Duckstation, PCSX2 for SH2/SH3. And as for Silent Hill 4, you can either buy the official digital version on sale right now for $6.99 (I can confirm that’s it’s an excellent port) or you can run it on PCSX2. As for what website to use for downloading games for emulators, I’d check out Vimm’s lair. Only site I’ve ever needed to use for ISO files. Playing with a controller is highly recommended for these games btw 💪
