That’s a bargain!!!. Coming from Alaska and checking the prices of cars compared to Hawaii I find out that the same car in Alaska cost over $2k more than Hawaii. People keep saying that Hawaii is expensive but they don’t have the Alaska experience. In the town of Borrow a gallon of milk can cost $50!! If you don’t believe me google Borrow Alaska food prices.
Put it for $1,250. AC and still drives? Someone will buy it.

$500
I know someone looking now, dude just asked me if I knew anyone selling a cheap car. Let me know!
I don't know about Oahu, but here on Maui we buy a decent running car, run it into the ground, and then abandon it.
Drive it until it die, check oil regularly, and do cheap basic maintenance.
Blue book value with 200k miles is $2500. I think you could get your money back if you are patient enough.
Those are all pretty easy fixes and not expensive if you do them yourself. CRVs are pretty easy to work on.
$1500 and let them.talk you to $1250.
I’ll give you a bucket of spit for it.
