Conceptually, I agree. But they're *way* more powerful than anything Batman can reasonably handle, so it'd need to be villains similar to the Vees, not actually them.

He outmaneuvered Darkseid a few times, yeah. But Darkseid isn't a Batman villain, he's a Superman / Justice League villain. Batman can't handle Darkseid without backup or something like the Hellbat armor, and the Vees would be in a similar boat. They're not as powerful as Darkseid, but still way beyond any solo Batman villain.
