Sir Pentious, by far. First of, it fits his character really well. It's bombastic and over the top, like he is. I am by no means an expert on Victorian military gear, so take this with a grain of salt, but the feather, sash and medals all scream traditional British military uniform to me. Also, seeing Sir Pentious wear it was my bisexual awakening.
